Premium Membership Terms & Conditions

No Divots Golf Sim – Premium Membership Agreement Effective Date: July 2026

No Divots, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) – 1021 US-431, Suite 17, Anniston, AL 36206

This Premium Membership Agreement (“Membership Terms”) supplements our general Terms & Conditions and governs your Premium Membership. By checking the box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms and our general Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Details

  • Fee: $125 for 1 month + applicable tax and processing fees.

  • Benefits:

    • 50% off public rates on all bay reservations (subject to availability and booking rules). This includes prepaid packages.

    • 24/7 access with 1 guest allowed during unmanned hours (more rules apply — see below).

    • Access to member-only perks as announced.

  • Membership is for one individual and is non-transferable. You must be 18+ (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).

  • IMPORTANT: Membership discounts (including discounted promos) apply only while your membership is active. Purchasing discounted promos, etc. and then not renewing may result in suspension or termination of membership and any purchases.

2. Billing and Payment

  • This is a 1-month membership, not a recurring subscription.

  • Your Premium Membership starts on the purchase/activation date and lasts for 1 month from that date. It does not renew automatically, and we will not charge your card again unless you purchase another month.

  • The fee is $125 for 1 month, plus applicable tax and processing fees, paid in full at purchase.

  • If you do not renew, the membership ends on its own and member pricing, perks, and 24/7 access stop.

  • No refunds for partial months or unused benefits.

  • We may still keep a payment method on file for booking charges, damage, or other amounts owed under these terms and our general Terms & Conditions.

3. Guest Policy

  • Guests of members are not an extra charge for the first guest, however, you must be present at all times if you reserve using your membership.

  • You are only allowed 1 guest during unmanned hours. Violating this rule may result in your membership being terminated.

  • All guests are subject to our rules; you are responsible for their conduct and any damages.

4. Booking and Access Rules

  • Reservations are required for all use.

  • The 50% member discount off public rates applies to confirmed bookings (subject to availability).

  • For unmanned hours, you must book before the previous day’s closing time to ensure systems (power, lighting, AC, etc.) are left on.

  • No-shows, late cancellations, or violations may result in loss of discount privileges, fees, or membership suspension.

5. Renewal and End of Membership

  • This Premium Membership lasts 1 month from the purchase/activation date. It does not auto-renew and there is nothing to cancel. It ends on its own unless you renew.

  • To renew, use the link given to you by the owner. Premium Memberships are not available for open purchase on the website.

  • No refunds for partial months or unused benefits.

  • We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately, with no refund, for rule violations, abuse of discounts or guests, damage, misconduct, or any other breach of these terms or our general Terms & Conditions. If we end it early, member pricing, perks, and 24/7 access stop at that time.

6. General Provisions

  • These Membership Terms are governed by Alabama law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Calhoun County courts.

  • This Agreement incorporates our general Terms & Conditions (including liability waiver/release, assumption of risk, and facility rules) by reference.

  • We may update these terms with notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
