No Divots Golf Sim – Regular Membership Agreement Effective Date: July 2026

No Divots, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) – 1021 US-431, Suite 17, Anniston, AL 36206

This Regular Membership Agreement (“Membership Terms”) supplements our general Terms & Conditions and governs your Regular Membership. By checking the box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms and our general Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Details

  • Fee: $100 per month + applicable tax and processing fees.

  • Benefits:

    • 50% off public rates on all bay reservations (subject to availability and booking rules).

    • Free entry into weekly/monthly competitions (e.g., closest-to-pin or other formats; specific rules, schedule, and frequency posted separately or in the general T&Cs and subject to change).

    • Access to member-only perks as announced (e.g., leagues, events).

  • Membership is for one individual and is non-transferable. You must be 18+ (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).

  • IMPORTANT: Membership discounts (including discounted promos) apply only while your membership is active. Purchasing discounted promos, etc. and then canceling shortly after may result in suspension or termination of membership and any purchases.

2. Billing and Payment

  • Your membership starts on the purchase/activation date and renews automatically each month on the same anniversary date (e.g., if you join on the 15th, it renews on the 15th each month).

  • We will charge your stored payment method the full monthly amount ($100 + tax/processing) on the purchase date and each subsequent anniversary date.

  • You authorize recurring charges and must keep valid payment information on file.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership and access.

3. Guest Policy

  • Guests of members are not an extra charge, however, you must be present at all times if you reserve using your membership.

  • All guests are subject to our rules; you are responsible for their conduct and any damages.

4. Booking and Access Rules

  • Reservations are required for all use.

  • The 50% member discount off public rates applies to confirmed bookings (subject to availability).

  • No-shows, late cancellations, or violations may result in loss of discount privileges, fees, or membership suspension.

5. Competitions and Events

  • Regular members receive free entry to weekly/monthly competitions.

  • Specific rules, schedules, formats, and frequency are subject to change and governed by separate contest rules (posted in the facility or online).

  • We may limit entries or modify events as needed.

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • This is a month-to-month membership. You may cancel yourself directly on our store/booking page, or provide 5 days’ notice by contacting No Divots (via email or phone).

  • Cancellation must occur before your next billing anniversary date.

  • No refunds for partial months or unused benefits.

  • We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately (no refund) for non-payment, rule violations, abuse of discounts/guests, or other misconduct.

  • Upon cancellation/termination, your discount and member perks end.

7. General Provisions

  • These Membership Terms are governed by Alabama law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Calhoun County courts.

  • This Agreement incorporates our general Terms & Conditions (including liability waiver/release, assumption of risk, and facility rules) by reference.

  • We may update these terms with notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
